The Aldeemah Imperial Library resides in Aldeemah, sole remaining capital city of the Empire of Aldeemah-Ruhl. It is considered the highest seat of learning and education, and in fact encompasses several universities and archives of varying subjects. A work isn't considered properly published until it has its own official catalog number in the Library.
